One of the unfortunate realities facing today’s lender is that some good loans will go bad. The purpose of this virtual seminar is to assist the participant in learning how to avoid problem loans and protect the rights of the bank by assuring the commercial loan request is processed correctly. Properly managing a loan once it becomes a problem will also be thoroughly discussed. The program concepts will be summarized through a series of mini case studies.
